Precision Components ran purchasing, stock and production planning across dozens of spreadsheets maintained by different teams. Numbers rarely matched, and month-end closing took a full week.
The problem
Stock levels were unreliable, production plans were made on outdated numbers and month-end reports took five working days.
Our solution
We mapped every handover between teams, then built a modular ERP covering purchasing, inventory, production planning and reporting, with barcode scanning on the shop floor.
The result
Month-end closing dropped from five days to one. Stock accuracy rose above 98 percent within three months of launch.
